Note that at bet365, if you create a combination bet that spans differnet win limits tiers, your wager will thus take on the lowest associated daily win limit.  So using the example above, if you placed a combination wager with some EPL results, Allsvenskan results, Superettan results and SHL results, your overall bet would assume the daily win limit associated to the SHL, since that is the lowest win limit among this group of competitions. In other words, if you are betting larger stakes on combination wagers, be careful about adding bet legs from more "obscure" leagues. 

The same goes for the markets in question. Though the Bethard platform displays the same limits as other brands that use this sportsbook platform, Bethard is a smaller company. To minimize risks, they may not accept really large stakes as compared to some larger companies that we list, which have more liquid pools of bets that help them manage their risk.

Furthermore, Bethard also has a withdrawal policy, where if you win 500,000 kr or more (your profit) and look to withdraw 50% or more of the winnings, Bethard reserves the right to payout this win at 10% per month, for 10 months.
